I'm on my second batch of these tablets now, I've taken creatine for quite a few years now, thought I would give these a try glad I did. On my second box . I've noticed my size getting bigger ,arms/shoulders. But diet is the most important part to weight training. But this product seems to help keep my size after workouts I stead of deflating .
