Plaka Flat Sandals for Women Palm Leaf

These sandals arrived on my door step less than two months ago and I really wanted to love them. I love the look and how light they are on one's foot. However, there are several downsides to this sandal. 1. Although the straps are quite comfortable and very adjustable this sandal is not particularly comfortable. It is completely flat (which I knew while clicking the "buy" button) but not that flexible at first. They can take a while before you feel like you are walking on anything other than cardboard. That said, I did get used to it. 2. This is gross, but I would have liked to know before purchasing: the "leatherette" footbed can get slippery if your feet get sweaty on hot days and as a result a bit slippery if your foot isn't completely snug. 3. While dealing with both points one and two, I got some quite uncomfortable blisters. Granted it could be that I walk funny and don't even know it, but I don't have this issue with other sandals. Aside from these complaints I was still able to wear them a bit, on hot days that I didn't plan to walk more than a few blocks at a time.But my final disappointment? I have not worn them everyday in the 49 days I've owned them, but already the right sandal is falling apart. It's a pathetic complaint, even that of a masochist because I just outlined how much I don't like the shoe, but they could have at least lasted longer! The right shoe is falling apart (from the tip of the toe to half way through the arch) and it doesn't seem to be worth the effort of gluing together.

I'm very upset with the quality of this product. If I'm paying $30 for a normal pair of sandals I want them to be made of good quality. I haven't even had these shoes for a month and they are already falling apart! I included a picture of the date delivered so you can see for yourself they didn't even last me a month and I only wore them a few times . At first I loved these sandals and thought they were amazing. Very comfortable and easy to wear. I no longer will buy these sandals due to their cheap assembly.

Love these, have gotten many compliments. I'm a solid 8.5 with most brands Nike, Pumas, Skechers, Adidas etc... I also have abnormally narrow feet lol. I bought both the 8 & 9, and chose the 9. My heel was hanging over the 8's which I dont like. The 9 fits comfortably and isn't terribly loose. I took pics of both sizes for y'all. Hope that helps!

I have only worn these shoes 7 times and the sole is coming off. I liked them so much I wanted to buy another pair not so much now.

Night before: air outDay one: no fumes. Slipped them on in seconds. The rest of the day was spent adjusting the straps to find the sweet spot. Some discomfort across the top of my feet. See pictures 2&3.Day two: more comfortable. Soles are thick enough for support and bounce without being clunky. See picture 1.Any shoe needs breaking in. These are already favorites. Good quality.

Beautiful Sandals. When I first saw them I didn't think they were going fit my wide feet, but they did. I love them.

I usually wear 7.5 and got the 7. Fit fine. These are super cute and comfortable. The ropes are smooth and stretch so easily adjusted. Nice padded sole but no arch support. I wore them all day and they were fine so seems the padded sole does the job. I've ordered 2 more pairs in different style and colors. Seller sends me an email each time to see if I'm happy. Like that!!

I ordered these in size 8 in the "sweet ivory" color and in size 9 in the "sunset sangria" color. The 8 fit, but my foot spanned the length of the entire foot bed leaving no margin for error. The 9 was a better fit and I really love the sangria color (the sweet ivory was a good color too). They are comfortable, and I would recommend them.I normally wear an 8 W or an 8.5 regular width.

I already had a pair which I bought in France 10 years ago. They are the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever worn as I have narrow feet and struggle to find anything else. I was delighted to find this site sold them and am very pleased with the service

Comfy, stay on, don't hurt my feet. I usually hate sandals but needed some for a beach holiday, these were perfect. I wasn't expcting the sandals to live up to the hype, I was wrong

La calidad es un poco inferior a la que esperaba, los bordes vienen mal cora todos, y aunque se pueden arreglar las rebabas con tijeras, le dan una muy mala primera impresión al producto. El plástico de la cubierta de la suela es muy barato y tiende a pegarse a la planta del pie.

Wow, I'm not often disappointed enough to leave a review, but I felt compelled to with this item. Delivery time was good and I believe on time so I have no issue with that part at all. The description that I read described them as being generously wide, they are not. The top of the shoes were described as being flexible and stretchy and they absolutely are not! Extraordinarily disappointed and will be returning them.

Oh wow! Was I ever excited to put these on and find they fit perfectly!! And the colour is gorgeous! I just love them!
