This is a great pillow. Tried it first while traveling to Chicago (they were at the hotel) Best night sleep I have had in a while. Ordered online & didnt see a firmness selector in the add so I presumed only one firmness was available.Well, when it arrived it was a bit too soft for me. So, I contacted the vendor & they contacted the Hotel & got the exact firmness for me. Im a side sleeper & this is the perfect pillow for me. soft but firm.Im 6' and 250lb (not muscular) and this pillow supports my head without kinking my neck. Ended up with the Firm fill pillow.I love this pillow.

I usually manhandle my pillows. Fold them when I first go to sleep, then sleep on a thin corner. Always turning them around to find cool side. Ordinary pillows don't survive this treatment for more than a year. They developp lumps and bumps and become uncomfortable. The Primaloft usually returns to original shape and comfort. This is a small pillow, which I prefer. Always tempted to take it everywhere I go. For me, perfect size, feel and durability.

My daughter wanted a soft pillow and this fit the bill perfectly! Not so soft it goes flat, yet comfortable on the ears. She tried it out the minute she opened the package and was happy as a clam. Cannot comment on the long term use of this pillow as I just purchased it in December, but it surely appears to be a great pillow long term. Very well packaged so as not to smash it. It even had a nice bag with a handle on it for her to use for her trip back home. I'm thinking of purchasing one for myself as well.

This item is not the same as what I experienced at the Sheraton. I love their pillows. I would never pay so much for a pillow unless it felt luxurious and comfortable like the ones I have enjoyed while on vacation at Sheraton resorts. This pillow does not have the same soft exterior and the inside does not feel as soft. I have saved this item in my cart for months. I must say I don't feel it is the real thing. I jotted down the information from the label but this is not what I wanted. I have now used this for a couple of weeks and wish I had of not bought

I purchased this pillow because it was supposed to be the same AWESOME pillow that Marriott hotels use. This pillow was supposed to be comfortable and the most amazing thing ever. On the contrary!!! It's terribly small, is not comfortable at all and is NOTHING like the pillows from Marriott. Add to this the fact that this $39.00 pillow cost $39.00 to ship to my deployed location. So I end up spending 70+ dollars on a pillow that's worse than the ones we get loaned here in the desert. yes, loaned, as in used by god knows how many other military members... Awesome!!! What a waste of money, I will NEVER buy anything from this company again and I will make sure all of my military friends know to NEVER use this company, especially when purchasing from Amazon...what a rip off!!! Thanks for screwing a military member over, for $70.00!Disgruntled in the desert...

Amazing... Absolutely amazing.I have ONE Disclaimer on this product. If you are not into soft pillows with down filler than don't both buying the product and please leave your negative comments outside of this page.These pillows are absolutely incredible. I have a lot of trouble sleeping and just realized what my main problem was....the pillows I was using!! These are just great, I really have no complaints. They were delivered ahead of schedule by the company that sent them to me (thank you for that), and the product over-delivers itself in terms of quality.I bought 2 of their queen-sized pillows... put pillow covers on them and BAM...fell asleep within 10 minutes when I went to bed. Absolutely unheard of for me. Again, if you need a firm feeling against your neck / head, then I would possibly either try them and send them back, or go for another type of pillow... I don't think this product is for you. Me.... i'm ready to order 2 more!

The pillow has no inner substance to speak of, when you put your head on it your head the pillow goes almost completely flat. I am so tired of companies cheapening their products and raising their prices!!

I have a bad neck and this pillow is nice and moldable. It’s not too stiff or thick. You can squish it around to make it fit your neck perfectly!!! So happy I found this. I ordered more for my family for xmas presents
