I normally wouldn't write a review this soon after receiving an item (2 days) but I too had noticed the sort of "pixel fog" that others were describing. I tried updating drivers, going through all the settings both for the monitor and my video card, everything. Finally I noticed that, in the adapter properties, the refresh rate was set to 60 hertz instead of 75. Once I made that change, this monitor became everything I hoped it would be!**I didn't notice that it had speakers when I bought it, so I wasn't hoping for those. If you are buying this because you want an awesome monitor with even adequate built-in speakers, look elsewhere. The speakers sound like 1990s earbuds dropped into a tin can.

After shopping around I decided to purchase 2 of these because you can't beat the price and honestly it's 2017 I don't know why so many monitors are still over priced. This was one of few that had VESA mounting capability at this size. The only bad reviews are saying that you can't mount it, you can, it's really easy- see my photos. My mount didn't come with spacers so I e-mailed Sceptre and they priority mailed me spacers. Now I have a great curved home office at about half the cost. I've been using them for a week- picture quality is great, I mostly use them for work and don't do and gaming so i can't really speak to that. As long as they last a while, I'll be very happy, they look great.

I was nervous from the reviews that I would find dead pixels or blacks would look greyed out. I took the advice from one of the reviewers about ignoring those flaws and getting these for my new gaming system. I'm so glad I did. These monitors are gorgeous, out of the box. I was careful not to take the protection off the front of the screen until I absolutely had them in the right position. Granted, I have only used them two days now but I'm making sure I turn them off when not in use and have good ventilation in the room to not overheat the system they are connected to or the monitors themselves. I'm very pleased with this purchase.The only downside would be the speakers, they are not the greatest quality but I'm not taking anything off for them because many of the monitors available like this do not have speakers period so I felt I was getting a real bargain having the speakers included.

I recently purchased this for a budget gaming computer I built. I was using a 32" tv monitor previously and this monitors picture puts the tv monitor to shame! This monitor is perfect size for what I was looking for. I debated on the 32" version of this monitor but decided to go with the 27". I am glad I did because it fits my needs well. I am looking into purchasing another one of these to run a dual monitor setup eventually. They do sound clear but there is virtually no thump or bass to any beats. Just good flat line crisp sound. (This is not an issue as I prefer to use a Gaming Headset or some beefy computer plug in speakers with sub woofer.

Don't understand all of the bad reviews. Mine looks beautiful and worked perfectly right out of the box. It took a day or two to get use to but thats normal getting use to any new monitor. Very bright, just perfect.

This is a really great screen, it has great picture quality, and you cannot hardly even tell that it is curved. I purchased this screen, and hooked it up to my computer tower, but it had a small glitch in it. It was flickering in the bottom left corner. I thought it would eventually go away, but after 4 days and a new display port cord, it had gotten worse and started doing it all over the screen. So, I exchanged it with a new one. I got it in today, plugged it up, and it is also glitching. It is doing the exact same thing. I plugged the screen up to a different tower to make sure it wasn't my computer causing the glitch, and it glitched on that computer as well. So I have returned it for a refund. The exchange and return has been very easy with Amazon, but I would not recommend buying this monitor.

June 2, 2017.The monitors arrived well packed and undamaged. Hooked it up and didn't notice any issues at all. I was concerned after reading a few reviews of damaged displays. I bought these to update my older 21.4" displays for surround gaming.The VESA mounting standoffs were included in all 3 monitors thankfully. This is because the monitor stand attachment protrudes out the back and without it, you won't be able to use the VESA mounting points on the back.Will update this review after a few months of use. Liking it so far.

Great monitor for consoles. Have both my ps4 and gaming PC hooked up to it and it is amazing. The only couple of flaws I could find were the speakers and the edges of the screen being a little discolored. I have external speakers so the 1st flaw isn't that big of a deal and the discoloration is only noticeable when the background is black.

El diseño del monitor es increíble y la calidad de los materiales es de primer nivel, pero siento que la calidad de imagen se queda un poco corta. Se mina algo de luz de los lados y es de, pero no es suficiente para ser molesto, al menos no para mí.De ahí en más todo funciona perfecto. Plug & Play. Los ajustes de fábrica son algo oscuros, pero solo hace falta subir el brillo y en 2 minutos queda todo listo.En la caja viene un cable HDMI y otro VGA, tornillos para montar la base, espaciadores para montar la pantalla a un wall mount, y un desarmador!

Este es un buen monitor para el precio pagado, sin embargo, la calidad de ciertos detalles es obviamente baja, el minitor presenta bastante bleeding de luz en las orillas cuando se muestran escenas oscuras, los colores no son tan brillantes como me gustarían, pero para el precio es el mejor monitor con puerto diplay port que puedes encontrar, la base es metalica aunque solo tiene ajuste de inclinación y es bastante bajo, la curva del monitor no es muy relevante y olvidas al poco tiempo que está ahi, buen punto.

Tenia mis dudas respecto a este monitor, ya que en México nunca se ha escuchado de esta marca o al menos donde yo vivo, pero me impresiono la calidad de los materiales.

I ordered the 75hz with the round stand, end up with the 144hz with normal stand. That a really good product for the price. The Display port that comes with doesn't work but no big deal. Speaker not very loud but who's gaming without headset. Never mind, some mistake in the order like I sais but overal I recommande it! Lets see if it will be that good on long term.

Sorprendentemente es una belleza de monitor. Por el costo que tiene estás llevándote un producto muy superior a los del precio. La pantalla curva está bonita, la calidad de la imagen es buena. Es tal cual lo que se anuncia. Recomiendo ampliamente este monitor por su calidad-costo. Si volviera a comprar otro monitor buscaría de esta marca.
