best pillow i have ever bought. definitely worth a look!
I love this pillow and i think it is well worth the money. It is super comfy yet supportive. I sleep really good with it and i believe it has helped me fall asleep faster and not wake up as sore as i normally am. It looks really easy to clean by just unzipping the cover and sticking it in the wash. it maintains its form great. I don't think i could ask for anything more. I bought it "used" or "like new" and i couldn't tell the difference between it and a new one plus it was cheaper than buying a new one.

comfy, cooler than most pillows
I use a sleeping wedge and need a supportive pillow atop it vertically, rather than horizontally. This pillow provides support to head and torso when positioned that way, but is too narrow to support shoulders and holds the head just a tad too high (too firm). So - it's ALMOST a win. The pillow does not absorb and hold body heat as quickly as most. Still needs to be flipped a few times through a night. In summary: comfy, coolER than most, no smell after washing cover while pillow aired a couple of days, rather expensive, but I'd be totally cool with the pillow if it were made also as a large square, at least 23" x 23". (The king size is narrower than the standard, not an option for me.)

These pillows are great
These a great pillows since they offer much needed neck support. They also stay very cool throughout the night which is key for me living a place that is hot year round. I would like to point out is that if it is your first time using memory foam it does take some adjustment but it will be worth it in the end. Another thing to note is that they come packaged in a plastic wrap which gives them a very distinct plastic smell when first opened. I would recommend washing the covers they come in as soon as you open them and also airing them out for a couple of days before using

Not enough height for side sleepers, neck was a little sore, but seemed well made
I really wanted this to be the right pillow for me but it's simply not high enough for side sleepers, although it worked for sleeping on my back (I constantly switch back and forth between side and back). I felt what arrived looked flatter than the advertising photos, even several days after opening it. I did enjoy the feeling of the supportive foam vs poly fill, but be aware this pillow is way heavier than you are likely used to, but not too heavy to still shift around in the middle of the night, it's around 5lbs. The pillow is a uniform thickness because it's a block of foam (vs poly fill or shredded memory foam which result in oval shaped pillows), which I had never experienced before and I ended up finding awkward to sleep on because there is no lead up to the full height of the pillow... as you are essentially sleeping on a rectangle which my neck wasn't thrilled about. The smell really was not a problem and I have a very sensitive nose, I took it out of it's liner for 24 hrs before using it to air it out and it was fine to sleep on after that point, and by 3 days later you couldn't really smell any lingering order. I like the concept of their foam sandwich technology, I just think the developers decided to reduce the height/thickness in order to keep the weight at around 5lbs which is just not enough height for a side sleeper and I consider myself a small to average sized person at 130lb and 5'7," so if your a larger side sleeper I think you will find this product way too flat. I tried using a 1inch lifter pillow under and then over it, but that didn't work for me... I really think they just needed a 3rd layer on each side of a much softer foam to give it more height. I personally have no issues with memory foam being warm and found this pillow no warmer than a shredded memory foam or poly fill.

Good support
Out of three kind of Casper pillowsI love this one the most, not too soft not too hard, the down one is too soft not enough support and not fluffy enough. The standard one is fluffy enough but too hard, made me wake up in the mid of nights due to neck pain . But this one I’ve slept for couple nights from now. Enough support without hurting neckComfort sleep Throughout the night.

This pillow is nothing like advertised
This pillow is 3 layers as they claim. These 3 layers are combined/compressed together in a mesh cover which is in a zip cover. This compression keeps the pillow layers very densely packed together and thus they have very little give or cushion effect. This compaction keeps the “breath ability channels” from actually breathing resulting in a hot heat trapping pillow rather than a cool one. I read that they used a machine to make repeated impacts on the pillow to determine that it didn’t “dent” after long periods of use. They claimed it does not. Well I have had this pillow for a few weeks. I have the king sized one and sleep on either end and use the other end to prop up my arm at the wrist. In this very short time it has “permanent dents” in both ends as I trade ends and flip it often to get the cool side up. The cool side last about 5 to 10 minutes until it is hot. With the three layers compressed in the case it seem like they are using that method to avoid the denting. Well that is a fail.Years ago I had a true foam pillow it was very cushioned and always sprang back to its original shape even after many many years of use. It eventually broke down and disintegrated much to my horror. It seems to me that this pillow is not true lay only latex but has some memory foam in it. Memory foam always dents permanently after use and is very annoying. If I had one wish it was that my memory foam would develop Alzheimer’s.

Best purchase
I had neck pain because I was waking up multiple times during the night to adjust my pillow. I did some research and found this foam pillow. I was immediately intrigued because of the three layers and smooth cover (most foam pillows I’ve seen have a textured cover). I bought it and was looking forward to trying something different that could help me sleep better and relieve my neck pain. After using it the first night, I realized I hadn’t woken up to adjust my pillow once! And after a few days of using it, my neck pain has completely gone away! It’s comfortable and soft, yet firm and supportive. I’m a back and side sleeper, so this has been a game changer for me. Buy this pillow, you won’t be disappointed. 😴💤
