Tasty but concerning...
Tried the citrus and smoked chili so far. Flavor is great but I made my wife an old fashioned with three shakes of chili and she woke up the next morning with a rash all around her mouth in true "clown lip" style. We eat a lot of hot sauce and chili and I have never seen any reaction like this. This morning she felt like they were still burning from the chili. Use with caution!

Better than Expected.
With I brand name like "hella" i didn't expect much of these bitters, in fact, I purchased them on a lark as a gift to myself. I have been pleasantly surprised. They have completely replaced angostura bitters in my liquor cabinet and a dash of their ginger bitters has become my go-to addition to every martini I make.I heartily recommend them.

What Fun!!
Bartending has always been my fantasy job, and these bitters are very flavorful. Be generous with their use when mixing a drink - that allows you to taste their flavors. I made a fresh Margarita and used the Smoked Chili bitters. You could taste both the smoke and a touch of chili. Delicious. The Aromatic variety is excellent as well. Similar to Angostura in a Manhattan, but with a bit more definition. For an Emerald Manhattan, mix Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey with a good quality sweet vermouth like Cinzano, several shakes of the Sweet Orange bitters, and shake until ice cold. Pour into a frozen cocktail glass and add an orange twist. Just excellent. The Citrus adds a different dimension to a Gin and Tonic. Very sophisticated and enjoyable. Experiment with these bitters and enjoy the adventure.

Don’t waste your money!!!
I was really excited to try these bitters and add some flavor to my margaritas. All I can say is save your money! My girlfriend & I can’t taste them at all in any of the drinks I’ve made. I’ve more than tripled the recommended amount in cocktail recipes to see if I could taste anything from these bitters. Even with adding what would normally be considered an obnoxious amount of bitters, they cannot be tasted at all. I’m not sure if this is a result of purchasing through Amazon, but I am extremely disappointed.

Ginger Bitters Review; Spicy, Peppery Ginger
Yes, these are quality bitters for use in mixing cocktails. I also use these ginger bitters to give a lift to the Korean ToastedBarley Tea I like to drink during the day. The three big ingredients are gentian root, ginger root and alcohol (47%.)

Don’t waste your money!
These are probably the worst bitters I’ve ever purchased. First of all, the bottles were much smaller than I was expecting, although that’s my bad for not reading the information better. $7 for a bottle that’s like 1/3 the size of a normal bitters bottle is crazy. The opening is also so small we could hardly get any to come out and literally punched bigger holes in it ourselves in order to use it. And you may be thinking, perhaps the holes are small because it’s quite potent? WRONG, these were downright almost flavorless. Will definitely not purchase again.

Great selection of tasty bitters
Great deal and a great way to add flexibility and variety to any cocktails that use bitters. The selection is nicely varied and each one really does have a unique flavor and character. One thing to note is that Hella bitters are a bit more mild than Angostura and a lot of other traditional bitters. I find that to be generally a good thing, as it's easier to add subtle notes to cocktails and makes it less likely you will overdo it with the bitters. You may use a bit more than with other brands though. But for anything short of a professional bar this set should last you a good long time.

USE MORE THAN USUAL
Smells delicious. I can't taste the flavor without tripling the amount. Maybe it's the flavor choice? I'll purchase the variety pack and see if they're more potent.UPDATE - Ordered the variety pack and still lack of flavor. Smells fabulous, but the taste is empty. I'll stick with my Fee Brothers.
