Still going strong and we’ve never replaced a battery.But as a parent, or just anyone with ears, I’d avoid this toy because JJ sings SO LOUD. Our children have discovered that they can just keep pushing the button and dancing day or night, rain or shine. It’s the magical toy that never dies and somehow gets louder with age. They pushed the button sitting next to me on the couch and I temporarily saw the cocomelon colors and was transported to JJs bedroom being tucked in by mama JJ.I have tossed it on the bottom of toy boxes, the back of the closet, trunk of the car, my husbands work truck.
