It's usually true, if you buy cheap it often is cheap. Not in this case, this skipping rope for training is a light design, easy to get use to it's smooth and fast rotation and functionality.The grips have soft thin padding but robust handles and instead of a rope a plastic coated multi core wire that will not wear quickly. The bearing inside the handle makes every spin fast and precise with the slightly weighted wire.Perfect for fitness training whatever your sport. And at a fraction of the price. I highly recommend it.

Excellent, good quality, simple to use, comes with a bag to store the jump rope. The only downside is that to adjsut the rope you need the proper tools. But it is quite a general fit so it should be fine for most people to use without having to adjust it.

Slacked with my health. Use to enjoy skipping rope as a child. Decided as part of my get back in shape plan to add some inner child fitness work. Rope is long with clear instructions on how to shorten. It’s what it says on the tin.
