I have two high energy, high anxiety dogs. During long car rides my Australian Cattle Dog will do anything to get to the driver side floor where she feels safest - even installing a back seat gate did not stop her from trying. These chews begin working in about 20-30 minutes with full effect setting in at an hour. FINALLY my dogs are able to relax on long drives, laying down and even sleeping. These chews are awesome and scalable - for lower anxiety management, one chew works for my ACD (30lbs) and for long car rides I give her two with an additional one as needed (usually after 4-6 hours). My 50lb Australian Shepherd mix takes three for car rides and feels the effects just enough to lay down but not sleep. I LOVE THESE! We drive 34 hours round trip 2-3 times a year to visit family and these are a game changer!

These smell a little nasty but there are definitely dog treats out there that smell way worse. Especially since my dog absolutely loves these! I grab the container and he comes running! I originally got these as a recommendation from the dog trainer due to some doggy anxiety issues. The ingredients all seem great. The consistency is nice and soft so he can chew it quickly but not so soft that they are gummy. They have never made him sick nor have they effected his bowels in any way. This has been worth every penny!

When my pup gets overly excited and needs a calm down I give her one treat. She’s 30lbs. She is more relaxed in just a couple of minutes.

It did not work with my Bernie doodle. I even up the dosage but still nothing.
