the Extension Strap (Daisy chain) could be used to mount to a round pipe or beam in the house or Outdoor. Or you could buy ceilling mount to hang it

Q: The socks are very slippery compared to the ones I use in class. Do you recommend a way to break them in or another material?

The longer you use them the more broke in they become and your grip strength gets better. Class ones are used a lot so they’re typically very broke in.

Q: how high does your ceiling have to be?

Mine is only 10 feet tall and it works great. It could easily be 15 feet high and work, but my daughter doesn't mind the extra length in the ground.
