it works but it took two doses

Product not as described, twice.
Was listed as 7 bags of 7 pounds. Even the description of mailing details listed it as 49 pounds. Received one bag, sent it back and chatted with representative about error. She said it should have been 7 bags as well, and reshipped. I got one bag again. Returned it and gave up. At this price, it's somewhere around 3 times the price of everywhere else. Ripoff.

Did not work
I followed the instructions perfectly and even had this product on auto ship every 2 weeks and the fire ants on my property have not diminished at all. Mounds that I have treated, when poked, have thousands of ants storming out to attack me. I wanted it to work but I decided to cancel my subscription and give another brand a try. We shall see. Maybe my ants are super tough. :(
