Q: Would this work ok with thin fabrics for a quilt?

I used this to line face masks as an added 3rd layer and it works fine. It's not too bulky or heavy. Easy to use. I've been using mostly cotton base fabric. I haven't tried on polyester.

Q: I used the fusible fleece in my face mask i made for my friends. I like it because it's light weight.

All I know is that some people say to not use a fusible interfacing in masks because of the glue in it...you don't want to breathe in the glue residue. I won't council you to do this OR not do this. Up to you.

Q: Is this light or medium weight?

Medium * a great use for that quilted look if sew with design.

Q: To the seller: I only received one package please send my other one!

My order came two packages inside one sealed outer bag. Check to see if the two perhaps have stuck together inside the outer bag.
