Relaxing............
These patches are great for relaxing your brain and body after a hard day. Takes about an hour, but my body and mind feel much more relaxed and calmer. Patches are a clear square, and I place on my inside wrist or forearm and rotate arms.

I want my money back.
First of all, this patch is huge. The first night, I wore it on my forearm and it worked right away, but as I slept it got way too intense. I started feeling really hot and restless, so I tore off the patch. The second night, I cut the patch in half, it was a little better. The third night, I cut the patch into a little square or in 1/4th and I was able to sleep a little better. In general, this patch's promises don't live up to actual effect it might have on your body and mind. I would say these aren't worth your money.

Meh
I tried giving a 5 star and apparently it went against the community guidelines so here ya go. They work. Cut them in half. You don’t need a whole patch. I’m 6 foot and used to take sleeping meds and no longer have to. Wild you wouldn’t accept my 5 star rating. Whatever

Tried these, long history of insomnia
My regular patch seemed to not be available. The first time I used it it seemed very strong. I’m gradually tolerating it. It doesn’t have melatonin. The patch stays put on clean dry skin. It’s clear so I have to remember to remove it. I still prefer my regular patch with melatonin. Some nights I need more to fall asleep. It’s a good back up. I will buy again just to have on hand.

Works fast in mold free home, didn't help in toxic mold home
I have dealt with insomnia for nearly a decade and ONLY melatonin(only certain brands) would help me go to sleep but it would still take a good bit of time if it was a pill, if it were a sublingual or liquid extraxt it would be faster. The light breathing machine would make a difference but that has been the only other thing. I found out right before getting this that I had been sick also all these years with mycotoxin mold toxicity and had to move from our house. I took just a few of these into the house to try until the move and saved the rest into the tiny home camper. Before the move when I was still living in mold these had zero effect on me, after the move in the mold free environment these worked very well and quickly. The same thing happened with another brand of melatonin sleep patches also, that I got at the same time to try. So if you have major chronic illness and these don't help it may be a big sign to you to consider CIRS from mold toxins. Immediately after the move these worked great but I also started being able to fall asleep on my own as soon as I moved, these just made it even easier and faster. I have not been able to fall asleep in a normal amount of time since 2013 no matter what I did, it is not a coincidence. I recommend, however these are valued much higher than others that work well and I wouldn't choose these over the other. The effect is within minutes, outside of mold.

Meh!
The first night I used them I felt very tired, that could of been cause I was just really tired. The 2nd night I used the patch I be er even dozed off. 3rd night same Wake till around 5 pm. So never really noticed a difference. Everyone is different so I think it's a 50/50 chance. @ $5.00 for 6 patches it was worth a try. Just didn't do anything for me.
