Superior Quality
I have been taking this every month since the spring of 2018. The dosage is two or three times a day. I do notice a difference in how my body feels when I take three. I feel better. I've compared the ingredients with other brands and this has superior quality.

Anytime you are taking a supplement, you should be looking for a few things. Are the manufacturer and the seller one and the same? GOODIs the product packaged in an easilyIdentifiable tamper proof seal. GOOD If really conscience, it will have 2 seals. One external and one internal. BESTIs the product packaged in an amber or blue bottle? GOODSince Amazon rejected some of my reviews when I addressed the health benefits and Ingredients before, I will simply quote from the seller:"Astaxanthin Complex with Lutein and Zeaxanthin, Natural Algae Antioxidant for Eyes, Skin & Joints"I'll finish by saying that It does everything it says it does. It's an excellent product. If you do your research. You'll find that this would be an excellent product to add to your healthy diet.

A good addition to your Anti-oxcident protection!
I appreciate the smaller size, easy to swallow capsules...My only complaint could be considered minor; 4mg is a basic-recommended doseor requirement. I would prefer to have a higher dose- 5-10 mg for better protection...

Good healthy sun protection
I have taken this supplement for a month before two different trips to the Caribbean and had great results for sun protection. We live in NH and have burned in the past trips to the tropics. This supplement along with using an SPF 30 before snorkeling kept us from getting any serious sunburn despite hours in the sun and sea. I am a big fan!
