My husband is very lactose intolerant; we've tried many isolates over the years and keep coming back to this one - it is literally the only whey protein we've ever found that he can use with zero discomfort. It also has CLEAN ingredients - no artificial sweeteners, only Stevia and Monkfruit. If you look at the 4-star reviews, most of them cite "taste is OK, but not as good as...". Look, there's ZERO way it's going to taste as "amazing" as a protein loaded with sucralose (or worse), but that considered, I think it tastes impressively fantastic. It also mixes great. If you need a truly lactose-free whey protein and / or value clean ingredients, this is an incredibly underrated GEM. After years, we can't find anything that compares. MRM, if you ever stop making this, faeries will die =(

I don't even know where to start for this review. This protein is way better than most of the big brand ones that usually win awards and looking at other products by MRM I feel like this company is going to make some noise in the industry due to the elevate standard of its products. This protein is not full of fillers, maltodextrin and artificial stuff. It looks like a top notch whey with natural flavoring, excellent mixability, low carb content and even uses filtration processes that ate way better than ion exchange in terms of not denaturing protein. I subscribed to this product and get it shipped to my place every month. I mix it with CASEIN for a tasty and nutritional shake before and after workouts and even before bed (I always go with a blend of proteins to get fast to slow spectrum in terms of digestion). I will keep buying forever.

Haven't been this stoked on a protein powder since I discovered protein powders were a thing back in high school. I was looking at the "naked whey" type of whey isolates out there but I get a kind of mucus-y vibe (texture and flavor) from them. I wanted something as light weight as that but with minimal/natural flavoring added. This checks all the boxesPros-Isolate means little to no lactose (less bloating in my case)-Microfiltered (not ion-exchange via gnarly chemicals like benzine)-Two natural sweeteners in stevia and monk fruit. Natural flavor in vanilla extract (or coco powder in the chocolate version, tho I can't be sure)-Taste is a B+ (an 'A' being Syntha 6, which is candy)Cons-Foamy when mixed with a shaker bottle. Completely solved this issue by mixing with a spoon, which works remarkably wellAs a note for others who don't do soy, the tub I received uses sunflower lecithin not soy. Also, there is no xylitol sweetener as indicated in the photos listed on Amazon. Not that it's bad stuff I just feel less is more in my whey. Incredible value for the price. Best whey protein I have consumed. My body tends to prefer the "All Natural" over the Isolate MRM in this review, b/c it has been shown in numerous studies that Natural Whey works better on the human body over an extended period of time and is a bit more nutritious that Isolates. Isolates tend to be for quick recovery and hard-core body-builder types. That said, I still purchased this b/c of the value and it's nice to have some Isolate on hand for those sore hard days at the gym. I prefer the Vanilla flavor over the Chocolate, but mixed with Almond milk and Greek yogurt and/or fresh fruit, this makes a wonderful protein shake for recovery or quick meal. I would not recommend this protein for use with water only, but most protein does not taste the best with water in a shaker bottle. Can be a bit chalky if not mixed well, as some has suggested, but I have had no issues with clumping, overly sweet taste, or stomach issues as others have posted. Perfect for Chocolate, yogurt ice cream shakes, especially when tablespoon of cocoa or Hershey's syrup is added. Definitely comparable to the much higher priced Iso-100 by Dymatize.

Great taste! I've purchased this product at least 12 times! Super yummy, not gritty or chalky, plus lots of protein!Update:I previously posted that this product was great! I've really liked it! Great taste, decent price! I went back & checked to see that I have purchased this item 50 times in the past 2 years! I ordered it this month for roughly $27/canister, now a couple weeks later it is $37/canister! The price usually fluctuates by a couple dollars, but $10 more, seriously??? This loyal customer is going to have to find a different alternative! I changed my rating to an "okay" rating, just because it's still a great product, but I don't love it anymore because of the price! I go through at least 2 canisters a month, and the large price increase won't work for me.

Good flavor and good market value. To save time and dishes, I usually eat my protein straight (with a little water) and this tastes good enough that it isn't unpleasant to do so. I've found that other brands taste bitter in very high concentrations, but not this one.The Stevia Extract and Monk Fruit are unordinary natural sweeteners that you should research yourself and form your own health and taste opinions on, but I don't personally have any large concerns with them and they provide a pleasant sweetness to this powder.

I used this product for years and it was great. My most recent purchase (1/2023) and this is awful. No flavor with a chemically aftertaste.I liked the product in the past because it had a nice rich vanilla flavor and they don’t use aspartame.I have NO idea what they did to their formula but this is awful and now I’m out the money.HUGE disappointment.Off to find a new protein supplement.Don’t bother buying this unless you have $40 to waste.

This stuff tastes nasty. I love their veggie proteins but the whey isolate is horrid. They only way I can get it down is to blend in a smoothie.
