When I looked through it for distance it did not have any cloudy effect but it was not at night with lights shining through it, but it seemed crystal clear and even removed the rubber tar like stuff on the window. I cleaned half and tried my best for pics I would try this on your back window or a side window first and then check it at night, worst case is you wind up with an excellent product to clean your vehicle I am in no way affiliated with this seller or the manufacturer, I just like to see helpful reviews when I am looking at stuff. This stuff saves my wrists!!! Love it

I love this stuff, having a 4 door dodge ram pickup there is a ton of sheet metal to wax and using pastes is such a pain, makes my hand feel like it is going to fall off. With this stuff I run my truck through the car wash (I would never do as they say a dirty car as I would be afraid of putting scratches in my clear coat) and then spray this on and buff it off with a lambswool then finish polish with a microfiber.Sinse I answered a question about cleaning windows with it, you can find the (albeit rushed) images here: http://imgur.com/a/UovUV
