The plaster is not pleasant, a little hard and sometimes makes my nose itch, although it does the job and helps me breathe. But not happy with the plaster

It gets the job done for a short period of time. They come off in the middle of the night. However they are pretty cheap so had to give it a try. Will not buy again

These work as well as the name brand. The adhesive is a bit stronger 8 hours later if you put pressure on them like the instructions say to. The workaround for me is to get it wet in the shower or over the sink, then peel it off easier. If I try to remove it dry, it feels like it is taking my skin off.

Almost as good as name brands. Biggest complaint is the backing tape isn’t always cut to assist in removal of the tape. Makes it hard to get the tape off

Don’t waste your money on these. They only stay stuck for a couple of hours then they come loose.

I used Breathe Better purchased from Amazon for years but often found it necessary to replace the strip with a new one part-way through the night. True Breathe Rights last all night but cost way too much. These Sefudun Nasal Strips are a nice middle ground. They stick well all night but are easy to remove in the morning. Does a great job of keeping me from mouth-breathing at night. Wish they were as cheap as Breathe Better.
