No, there are no bottoms. I use these for my air plants and remove them when it’s time to spray and soak them. There are open all around.

Q: I am renting right now and can't put holes in my walls. Could it be hung with command hooks instead? Or is it too heavy?

Command hooks are fine mine are on my window rod

No it does not. They hanger is super cute and sturdy!
