My bearded dragon gets really excited when he see this, but it takes forever to get it closed. The screw top has a really lousy design, and it's hard to line up and get anywhere. I'm afraid it's going to break. I have had several times when the worms got out while I was still trying to get the cap on. Makes it tricky to use. Just a small adjustment on it would make it a great toy.

My dragon was confused at first but then saw the movement inside the tube. He chased and push and tossed and rolled the tube until all the super worms were eaten. Very fun to watch.Now when I pick the tube up, my dragon comes running. Fun for me and my dragon.

It works so well! My bearded dragon does not care for it bc he’s just like that but one of them did come cracked so it was kind of annoying but it still works

My beardie liked it for the first minute, before realizing it was difficult to use and gave up quickly. I thought she might get some exercise with it because she loves bugs, but she gave up quickly. 6/10

This reptile enrichment toy has been very entertaining…for my beardie, my kids, and myself. I filled the toy with about six live mealworms then placed it into my dragon cage. The dragon looked but didn’t move. I put a few mealworms in between the dragon and the toy. That caught his attention. After eating the uncontained worms, he then moved towards the toy. He sat watching the worms crawl around in the toy for a couple of minutes, then started pushing it around. He eventually got two worms to fall out and ate them right away. Then, he was bored. During this event, which lasted about 15 minutes, my kids and I were glued to the terrarium, cheering for the dragon. It was great.Pros:1) The package includes two toys (identical) and comes in a giftable box.2) If used exclusively with mealworms, I think cleaning will be easy. If you were to use something wet, like fruit, that may be difficult to clean out of the middle of the toy.Cons:1) I found the end of the toy to be easy to open, but not as easy to close. The cap must line up perfectly or it sits uneven. While this didn’t influence my dragon’s use of the toy, I found trying to close the cap frustrating.I’m not sure that my bearded dragon is motivated enough to get a lot of use from this toy. However, we will continue to offer it whenever we need a good laugh. I also feel that it would make a fun gift for any lizard owner.
