not very easy to assemble and it does seem a little flimsy, the instructions were small and hard to follow regarding some steps.

The product is very solid. Exceptionally sturdy, and should last a long time. However, the assembly is a nightmare.The manual contains just pictures and numbers, no written instructions, so it took a long time trying to figure out the steps.Be sure to:1. NOT tighten bolts all the way.2. Purchase a hexnut drill bit set. There are more than 150 bolts for the whole unit.3. Have a second, even third pair of hands.Took me a week to assemble it by myself. Three days of actual work, the others were just waiting for them to respond to my question for further detailed instructions.This duratech bit set should have all the bits for the bolts on the machine.

Many of the welds were bad, the parts were bent out of the box and things like the J-hooks started to crack under pressure. ER Kang said they would send replacement parts and they never arrived.
