Item Not Satisfactory / Defective
Dear Seller,Just received this item today. The top part of the litter box was loose keeps falling off when we try to set it up, connecting hooks werent proper and top section wasn't fitting lower part of the litter box. It was very disproportionate.I took some pictures of the fitting issue for your reference if it is required by you.Unfortunately I had to apply for a return item. It would be great this is addressed in the future. Thank you! 🙂

Spacious and Easy to Clean
The hooded cover helps contain odors,and the scoop makes cleaning easy.It’s roomy enough for my cat to move around comfortably,and the option to use it open or closed is a nice feature.A solid choice for keeping the litter area tidy!

THE ENTRY LID AND THE TOP COVER ARE NOT GOOD
The top Lid of the item is not staying on because the material is by a weak plastic. and also the entry lid is not opening quickly and the cat litter outside due to this.

البوكس بشكل عام كتير مناسب وحجمه كبير والدرج سهل الاستخدام بس الجزء العلوي مقسوم نصين لازم نص يتركب على نص وهون المشكلة انو مستحيل يتركب وبضل يوقع للأسف رجعته
