The solder Extractor jammed at the switch and could not be used for the function it was made.

Okay soldering pump
I’ve given this 3 stars since it does work as advertised, it does pump solder and the suction on it is good. The reason it doesn’t have 5 stars from me is because the tip is hard plastic meaning that it’s really awkward to pump uneven solder from a board. I would recommend getting a solder pump with a squishy tip rather than this unless you know you’ll only be desoldering flat surfaces in which case this product will work fine.
