These cards were exactly as expected. They are a high quality thick paper, and the surface is very smooth. They are unlined, as expected, and the ink and markers I've used on them have not bled through.

These index cards come tightly shrinkwrapped together, the same way other index cards I've purchased from local stores have been packaged. There is a cover sheet with the product information and a retail UPC barcode. It says they are made in the USA.They are advertised as "heavyweight", and they are definitely thicker than most index cards. This shrinkwrapped pack of 100 is about 28mm thick, and a pack of 100 standard-weight index cards is only about 18-19mm thick. So each of these cards is about 1.5 times thicker than usual. And they are blank on both sides (no printed lines), as advertised.I ordered these because I sometimes need to repair torn cardboard boxes, and wanted an easier way to make the repairs blend in. These 'kraft' index cards are a perfect match for typical brown cardboard, unlike any other index cards or cardstock I've ever seen before. The secondary product photos also suggest using them for various rustic-style craft projects. Kraft-colored index cards are a great new option to have available!

These are useful for a wide variety of events and occasions. We like to use them to label food and drinks , making place settings, and more when hosting events. Nice item to have around.

I'll admit my goofup right off the bat: I didn't realize these were brown. They work just fine for black ink and pencils. They do not do well for blue ink (shows too dark). Other than that, the quality of the cards are pretty good. They are sturdy and seem well made. Unfortunately, unlined brown index cards have a pretty limited range of uses.

I really like the thickness of these index cards as well as the color, which isn't so harsh. They are thicker than the normal, flimsy index cards that you can find anywhere. Although they are a dark tan color, they seem nicer, fancier than the white ones, especially the white ones that are lined. They are the same size as regular index cards, so you can use them in a box that holds regular sized index cards.5 stars!

My daughter goes through these things like crazy for school. She was excited to give these a try, as she gets bored with the normal old white cards. These feel like any other index card...they are just darker. Be prepared with some bright colors in order to see well enough. She's using sharpie metallic pens and they work great. I'm not sure I would get these again, but it is a good change of pace. Nothing wrong with them, they are just not quite what we like.
