Well made and fits on cards with tight tolerances
Considering the rather tight tolerances for the 12VHPWR connector on the MSI 4090 Suprim X (air cooled), I was happily surprised to see the card listed on the compatible list. It fits perfectly and, as far as I've seen so far, works perfectly. If your card doesn't have a lot of wiggle room around the 12VHPWR connector, this is going to be your best bet (based on current offerings on Amazon as of the date of this review).

Adapter failed within 2 weeks, and a dangerously tight fit.
The adapter seems good at first glance. It appears to fit well, and it works properly at first. However, in my case, using it with an RTX 4090 with a 12vhpwr power supply cable, the adapter failed between 1 to 2 weeks after installation, causing voltage drops and making the graphics card hard-crash very frequently.Possible it could have just been a faulty adapter, but a poor impression nonetheless.In addition, at a closer inspection, the fit is dangerously tight plugging into the card itself, making me fear it could damage the card when you push it in all the way.I would not recommend this adapter to anyone running a 3090, 3090ti, or 4090.

I never used it as my GPU is BTF! I didn’t know what BTF was at the moment of order or. But I can say the piece feels pronoun! Great quality.

Works with MSI RTX 3090TI SUPRIM X.The included cable with the gpu didn't work. So I had to get another.Make sure you push it in all the way in. They should put a clip on it so it snaps in.BANDIT LYYYFE!!!

Buying a second one for the wife's PC build
I bought this in Feb 2024, been using it for just over a year now with no problems. my setup is SFF, using Ncase M1 V6, ITX Asus x570 motherboard, and Nvidia RTX 4080 FE. This adapter not only fits great, but does not interfere with case sides. I play games that often utilize GPU at 90%+ (Star Citizen, Satisfactory, Metro Exodus, Cyberpunk 2077, etc) with no power issues.TLDR: Fits great in small cases, provides full power to GPU over extended periods with no problems.

ive been using this low profile connector for my 4080 virticle mount for about a year now. it looks sleek and i have had no problems with power deliverey or the dreaded 16 pin melting. make sure the connector is fully seated on both sides.

Great option for SFF PC builds!
I purchase this to clean up the power cables on my RTX4080 FE in the NR200P Max case. This cleaned up the cables that would have been at the top of the video card. The connector is compact and well made. It is a pretty straight forward installation. Just remember if you are using it for the RTX4080 FE in the NR200P Max case you will need variant A.+ Great Quality+ Good Price+ Nice AestheticsHope this was helpful!
