ClimbUp Insect Interceptor Bug Trap, 4ct Repel-Pesticides

The product took a very long time to arrive, and when it came, the four climb-ups were in a battered box which looked as if it had been on the shelf for years. The talc had all fallen off the inner walls. I was very disappointed that there were only four of them - I paid more than £50 for four plastic cups! I thought I was getting enough climb-ups for four beds, not just one. I would never have paid out this money for just one - and I've had to buy more talc as well. Very disappointed.The instructions are good, though. Quite clear.

They work great. We found out we had bed bugs in our sons room in September. I think he brought them home from a church camping trip. We tossed out a lot of things including his bed. We washed everything that could go into the washer on hot and dried 30 mins on high heat. I took everything else and sprayed it down with alcohol. (We lived out of giant zip lock bags for one month even after extermination). We called the exterminators and had the entire house sprayed and steamed. I constantly vacuumed, cleaned bedding and used DE powder even after the extermination. I also received bed covers for all mattresses and box springs from the exterminators. A few days after the house was sprayed we bought these. We found two living ones in these traps and called the exterminators out again. Thankfully we left them in the traps for proof. They gave the entire house another spray and again I used DE powder and vacuumed like a crazy woman. Now it is December and we have not found anymore in the traps and have not been bit. I believe we are bug free but we are leaving these on the beds for a while longer to be sure.

Il fonctionne vraiment (il y a un adulte qui s'est perdu dedans) et est très facile à nettoyer. J'en ai commandé deux séries pour les lits. Il nous rassure tous les jours (s'il est vide) et permet de contrôler (monitoring) qu'aucun insecte n'arrive par les valises ou les fenêtres. Très rassurant le soir et le matin! Il a l'air aussi très solide: le lit l'a écrasé en glissant un soir et le bol s'est simplement plié puis a repris la même forme qu'avant...Seul petit bémol: son prix mais il n'y en a pas beaucoup sur le marché...

Hopefully this works to keep bed bugs away. I don't understand how it works, but hopefully it does. There's been no evidence of bed bugs, so I'm thinking positive!
