I've been using this mattress topper for two weeks now, and I am so very pleased I decided to purchase it. I have an Ikea mattress - they're pretty firm so mattress toppers are a must. My last mattress topper got thinner - as mattress toppers are prone to do - over the last two years, so I finally decided to get a new one. I was interested in this one because of the price and rating. Now that I have this topper, I can see why it's well liked. It arrived in a small zipped bag (photo attached), and I was dubious that I was shipped the right size (I ordered a queen topper). It turned out that the topper was just vacuum sealed - It was fun watching it inflate. I let the topper air out for a few hours while I was at work, and it was ultimately about 2 inches in thickness. I haven't felt it deflate yet, but will update if it does. Some mattress toppers, particularly the foam ones, have a chemical smell, but fortunately this one does not. Overall, this was a great buy!Update (April 8, 2018): I stained the mattress topper, so I applied a spot cleaner, threw it in the washer and dryer without bleach as noted, and it looked as good as new. The thickness is about the same as when I got it. Still very pleased!

It fits perfectly and is really comfortable. My mattress was a bit too firm and this adds just the right amount of softness. Saved me from having to buy a new mattress.

see the beautiful pictures? the heavenly description? the outstanding customer reviews that claim this will make an old hard mattress feel like "sleeping on a cloud"? well i did too and unfortunately bought into this scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY. i have a horrible mattress and was sooo excited to transform it. i got this and noticed it was incredibly thin but gave it the benefit of the doubt. slept on it one night and immediately work up sore and printed out a return label asap. its sad that amazon would allow a product to be so misleading with the reviews, im guessing people were paid for this. if you want a mattress PAD, sure, go ahead its alright and i suppose will protect your mattress. if you want a mattress TOPPER... DO. NOT. BUY. disappointed is an understatement.

I was very weary to buy this because it had hardly any reviews but I'm so glad I did! This thing saved my back! My mattress was caving in and I could feel all the springs through it. This is thick enough that I can't feel those springs anymore and I feels like you're sleeping on a cloud it's so soft and fluffy. I also love that it goes on like a sheet and covers the edges of the bed so it doesn't move around like a foam topper can. The material also protects the mattress from spills which is great because I eat in bed on occasion and I'm a messy eater and spill a lot. Overall this was a great purchase. I would highly recommend this product!

I, like many others, bought this based off the number of glowing reviews. I washed and dried the topper per the instructions. It did not increase the fluffiness of the topper. My husband and I felt no increase in softness to our bed. It’s only about as thick as a blanket, which is immediately compressed upon laying on it. I would not recommend this at all.

I've been in between getting a new mattress, topper or pad but after I stumbled up this and the price OMG ITS WELL WORTH IT!!!! Soft, the padding is thick and plushy its like sleepimg on a hug made of clouds lol No seriously my back and spouse's back thanks you, every morning I'd get up achy all over and restless when sleeping but since I've received this Wednesday I can confidently say I'm sleeping well and feel so refreshed. I would post a picture right now but I'm actually in the process of enjoying this mattress topper slowly about to fall asleep lol maybe some other time I'll revisit my review and add pictures. I love this mattress topper. It's so fluffy and so comfortable. It really makes a difference in the comfort level of my mattress. I had gotten a gel mattress because I thought those would be comfortable but they really are not. I bought this to help me get better sleep and it really does work. This is so comfy and I've been using it for a couple months now and it's still fluffy. If I could give this more than five stars I absolutely would

We got a new memory foam mattress a few months ago. It is hard as a rock. Many days we would wake up with back pain and joke that we just slept on the floor. I have been looking at these for a little bit and finally purchased one. Got it yesterday and slept on it last night. OMG the best night sleep in months. Soft, plush and worth every penny!

Bought it after reading the good reviews, unfortunately, after airing it for days, it is more like a mattress protector, nothing like a topper. It is not thick, soft or fluffy, unlike the other toppers I've purchased before. Very disappointed and unable to do a refund as the shipping cost would definitely be more than what Amazon would be willing to cover.
