Almost perfect..
Actually was pleasantly surprised at how good this relaxer was for my damaged 4c hair. Minimal breakage and hair came out silky soft. I opted for Regular though I usually buy Super. Only downside was shampoo bottle had spilt out halfway. Luckily I had some extra neutralising shampoo, once this common issue is resolved you will receive a 5 star rating!

Doesn’t burn the scalp.
I have course hair and it really leaves my hair, smooth straight and shiny. I will definitely buy again and the leaving conditioner should be a speciality for me.

Worst relaxer I've ever used
I agree with the comments saying it left their hair dry and brittle. I wish I read the comments before. Ever since I bought this, my hair has been breaking constantly and I've never had this reaction before, even when I've used extra strength. This also started to burn my scalp really quickly. My hair has never been that dry before. It was like straw

Leaves hair dry and brittle
Tried this product for the first time to replace my usual Dark and Lovely relaxer. Overall good results but as with my usual relaxer, my hair was left really dry and potentially brittle so you really need to apply moisturiser. The gloves you get with this are the biggest I’ve ever seen, no one has hands that big so it’s worthwhile getting your own gloves.Product updateThis is the second time I’ve bought this item and I’ve noticed that there is significantly less product in the tub than last time. I have long Afro hair and the quantity would not cover my entire head of hair. After my second time using this product, my hair is left dry and brittle so would not recommend.

AMAZING!!!
That product "cooked" my hair perfectly!! Its a bit liquid so I was a bit apprehensive but wow!! I never thought the day where my hair gets defeated would come! LolIt relaxed my hair amazingly with no burn, no strong smell and made it so smooth. I highly recommend this relaxer! 10/10
