A superb camera for the price, and the customer support, as others have commented, is absolutely first-class.I purchased the camera to monitor our new puppy, primarily at night, and have been very pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the real-time images and of the video recordings. The pan and tilt works well, and the app interface is simple and intuitive. The pan and tilt is quiet in operation, an important consideration if trying not to disturb sleeping babies, be they canine, human or otherwise.Upon arrival there was an issue with the battery discharging quickly. I contacted Customer Support and Joey was extremely responsive and helpful, and had it sorted promptly. Before attempting to do so he said they would replace the camera if it was faulty. That proved to be unnecessary, and battery life is very good indeed.I have no hesitation in recommending this camera.

Fantastic Camera for the price and functionality
Fantastic quality and easy to setup. Perfect for watching your dog as it can be controlled remote. Customer service is great as well and the app is simple to use and download. Tempted to buy another.

Fantastic
Absolutely brilliant camera. You can put it anywhere because it is rechargeable! It’s compact. It’s easy to connect to your mobile. The charge lasts a long time. The picture and sound quality are great and I have been contacted by Joey twice to check everything is ok. I had a blu rams camera before and it was rubbish compared to this.

Excellent camera and customer service
I am very pleased with my cameras.The picture quality is very good and I am impressed by the low light performance. Switching off infrared night vision still allows a good colour image at night as long as there is a street light nearby. This also allows good vision through a window as there is no light from the camera to be reflected.I have not had the cameras long yet, but it is looking like a charged battery is going to last a good length of time. However, it is possible to keep the camera powered via its USB C socket - so long term use is easy.The seller has also been in touch with me to ensure that I am happy with the product and to offer any help that I might want - great service!I am very happy to recommend this camera to others.

Poor battery 🔋 life and finally stopped working after a few use
Update: The battery life was poor from the start, and after only a few uses, the device completely stopped working and had to be thrown away. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this product. Despite the positive reviews, my experience was quite the opposite it turned out to be a waste of both time and money. I stopped my subscription immediately

Excellent product
I wanted a camera to monitor my dogs while left on their own. This was delivered quickly and i was able to set it up very easily and use it very soon after (when the battery was charged). The picture on my phone was very clear with the added bonus of being able to scan the area from side to side and up and down. I like the fact that I can also listen to and speak to my dogs through the camera if I need to
