Little House on the Prairie - Complete Collection (54 DVD Box Set) (Dutch Import)

If you are someone who enjoyed the series it is worth buying. I had a couple of glitches on a half a dozen episodes but that may have been my player and it was so insignificant to my enjoyment of the rest of the series I was not disappointed with my purchase. Once you work out how to turn the sub titles off couldn't fault my purchase.

Having been a fan of this series from the beginning I was absolutely delighted when this set was delivered. Have only watched the first two episodes and found the picture and sound quality perfect so I am hoping the rest of the dvds are just as good. Do not be put off by the german or maybe dutch wording on the front of the box and dvd slip cover as all you need to do is make sure you press the subtitle button to off. I would definitely recommend this box set.

The DVD box set pleases on all levels. It is attractively presented, the DVD playback quality is just as the quality when the shows originally aired. I am thrilled to have all 9 Series together in such a convenient box. The show is inoffensive, evocative, humorous, moving.

The antidote to the X-factor, Only Way is Essex and the like. Good old-fashioned family entertainment which harks back to a simpler more wholesome age; and oh yes the reason I'm writing the review is to advise that it's in English with dutch subtitles which you can easily turn off; so if you want a complete collection of family entertainment this is it.

The person who I gave these to never even opened them! I have seen a fair few on tv so I can tell you its a great series, a bit religious but overall a great tv show. Dont get it for someone that wont use it.
