Injured my knee and during rehab I can ride by bike on a trainer but can't clip into pedals right now.These were a fast, cost effective way to adapt the bike for rehab to use with normal shoes. Inexpensive and took 10sec to install. Fit in my pedals perfectly and securely.After riding for many years with clipless pedals, its annoying to loose the efficiency of being clipped in and being able to apply force throughout the entire pedal stroke. With these I can only push down ... no pulling up obviously. When I'm healthy again, I'll need to re smooth out my pedal stroke.But can't clip in to anything (toe clips, clipless pedals, etc) for awhile so this is the best option. And just happy to be able to ride my own bike for now ...Once I am able to clip in again, transition back to normal pedals will take all of 10 seconds.

Just like others are saying, you’re not going to want to ride for 20 miles on these but I found them great for just riding around the neighborhood to do adjustments on my bike. Nice to have

Easy to install, fit perfectly without any movement/ play.Lightweight, slightly difficult to remove with your hands, but I'd rather them fit snug.*You could always adjust your pedal to remove them easier, but I leave mine alone because they are set for my shoes and I just have to use a bit of force to get them out.Great buy

I was looking for a bike that I could use for more relaxed rides with the family, without needing to be clipped in. I considered getting a new bike that was relaxed and had flat pedals, but this cheap product works super well. They are easy to clip in and out of the pedal and are perfect for chill rides. Quickly turns a road machine into a nice commuter bike.

Thes fit solidly to SPD SL pedals and remove easily. They are sticky enough and well balanced. They are perfect for indoor training or occasional sneakers rides. Light and small.

Easy to put on, great in a pinch, but on the small side in terms of surface area and can be slick/dangerous if not careful/wet/wrong shoes.Not unhappy with purchase as they’re times where I need to to bring bike somewhere without my spd shoes, but ride with care.
