Install took a while, but man was it worth it. Not difficult either, just plug and play. I purchased the 4 port with no hardrive. I bought a WD 4tb purple hardrive(works flawlessly) for the system and very easily installed it in the NVR(I have no computer building experience). Will record at 1080 24/7 for at least 21 days on 4tb maybe a few days longer.. I haven’t tested the limits of the hardrive.The picture quality is great. Not crystal clear if I’m being very picky, but leaps ahead of any cameras my friends use or that I’ve seen in person. You won’t be disappointed.I’ve owned the system for almost 1 month, with no issues to report

This system is great. It worked right out of the box and does not use any WiFi slots on your router. I had trouble after changing some of the settings. I recommend making a note of the original settings or photographing the setting screens. I called customer service and talked to Owen. He walked me through the process to make the system work again and then called me the next day to make sure I was still happy with the product. Firstrend makes a great system and also has excellent customer Care.

Very good security cameras. Pictures are very clear. I am happy with this firstrend model.
