It is not bad but you need an ankle shoe to wear this product. And it will take time to be comfortable with this product. It is not easy to walk with this. But, you will be comfortable in long run i guess.If your height is short then it is for you.

The Build Quality Is Goog But The straps Quality is very Bad And it was broken in a Few Hours the size is 1 inch heel and the was no stickiness and has heel Protection but it was not feet for every feet No Pain Relief and No Effectiveness also
