This is an excellent pulley. It is well made and the shipper ships quickly. I used this item to put up a ham radio dipole antenna to help the antenna flex with blowing trees. It works perfectly with 3/16 rope.

I am using them for a rubber band exercise machine but they are not perfect for the job. The rolling is not as smooth as you would have steel sealed ball bearings, but these blocks are simply not made for this purpose.Actually they seem to have to layers of plastic ball bearings acting even as an axial bearing!! So for applications where absolute smooth and quite rolling is not mandatory these are truly nice. I bet they last forever, cause they are made for the sailing area.
