Facial Heating Device - Helios X Facial Rejuvenation LED Light & Heat Therapy 3-In-1 Device for wrinkles, skin tightening, and collagen production

I purchased the Helios infrared wand in the middle of December. I have really loved it, and have been happy with the overall difference it has had on my face. However, in the last week, the medal top has become loose and I'm afraid it is going to come completely off. This is only after a months of use. A bit disappointed in the construction and quality.I would give it a resounding five stars if not for the fact that it is falling apart.Update: 2/16/19Shortly after I wrote my first review about the Helio X's head falling off, the company contacted me and told me that they would send me a new device, free of charge. it is very impressive for a company to stand by their product. However, they wanted me to revise my review. I was more than happy to re-write, after I received the new device.I waited and waited still nothing came...... A few days ago I got another email from the company repeating the same e-mail I got before. I guess they expected me to change my review before they sent the new device. Hmmm? I have been really happy with results of the Helio X. I'm now waiting for the Company to come through with the new device. I will gladly update my review after I receive my new re-placed Helios X Facial Rejuvenation LED Light & Heat Therapy 3-In-1 Device. : )

Works great and easy to use. I just massage it on my face for 5 minutes already see improvements on my eye bags. The heat probe gets to the right tempature without burning the face, it’s very relaxing and soothing. I combine with a night cream and it absorbs easily into my skin. Love the results so far.

This is not an instant fix but after 3 weeks I saw a real difference, my wrinkles are not as deep and some have disappointed completely. I am 65 years old.orks! I only give it 3 stars because after 35 days the top fell off. There was no reason for it to break, I have never dropped it and it has only been used on my face. It still works, I just had to duct tape it carefully. That's the bad thing about Amazon, it's difficult or impossibleto contact the seller to stand behind their products.

I’ve been using this 3 times a week for about three weeks and do feel a difference in my skin. Overall I’ve liked it but do wish the lights were a litttle closer together (not leaving the solid middle area) in the middle as it seems to get a bit hot.

It really works!! You will look up to 10 years younger if you use it daily. The device is something to behold and the price I paid for is unreal. My face feels firmer and age spots have diminished , this is just from 5 days of use. Can’t wait to see more results.

Works wonder on my skin in just a few days, the combination of heating , led and infrared has helped my skin look much refreshed. I love how easy it is to use only one button mode then just start massaging around the face. I combine it with my night cream and it really helps push it in without any blemishes. I suggested this to my friends and family too.

I am really enjoying this device, as it really works great! The heat is relaxing and the infrared and red light therapy combine for the perfect skin healing trio. I noticed a difference the first time using it, and now after using it a month, my skin has tightened, has lightened scars and age spots, and I am 64 yrs. young! I also use this on my neck, chest, and arms as well.
