Product description This genuine Belgian Chocolate is a premium product that you can use in baking, melting (fountains and fondue), or eat straight from the bag. CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS. Because of the higher cocoa butter content, you do not need to add oil before using it in a Chocolate Fountain or Chocolate Fondue. Cheaper chocolate can be oily and bland, but at Hoosier Hill Farm we don't use oils in our Belgian chocolate, only cocoa butter: This means you get a better quality, better tasting chocolates with more health benefits, that will keep you & your loved ones coming back for more.
