Fajitas for those not in the know...
I bought this brand because I bought another brand that didn't have salt and even though I was perfectly fine, my partner made a comment that she didn't taste the salt.I purchased this and she liked it, but I didn't. To me, there was something completely off with this and I get it, some people just want a "hint" of fajita and if you are this person, then you will be happy with it. Just make sure that if you cook with it, season lightly because if you don't, you may end up getting a paste. I marinated and used it much like a marinade. Not going to happen, and I appreciate it.So I came up with a remedy. I marinade heavily in Lawry's Mexican Seasoning - it has all the fajita seasonings with a tad bit of heat except it doesn't have the salt. Once I begin frying the marinated chicken, I sprinkle this on top and when I flip the chicken, I sprinkle some more. While the chicken is cooking, I am slicing the bell peppers and onions and adding them to the same bowl that I marinated my fajitas in so that it has the seasoning coating the vegetables. Then, I sprinkle this seasoning lightly. When my chicken is done, I remove and finish off with the veggies for a minute or two.My partner and I love the combined flavors of both seasonings. I feel better, because I now I can use both!Sometimes, you have to think out of the box and compensate. Why didn't I just add salt to the first seasoning? Because it doesn't work that way. Chicken isn't meant to be salted with direct salt and to add salt to the first seasoning would've required a lot of experimenting. I prefer to add another blend that has salt so that it is more of a guarantee that it isn't too salty for the chicken itself, but enough to satisfy the taste buds of those who crave it. Balance.Combine both seasonings and you will have kick-butt fajitas that are better than many restaurants. I cringe when I eat fajitas at restaurants and it tastes like lightly-seasoned boiled chicken. My next attempt will be to cook the chicken with the seasoning, then shred the chicken and really marinate the shredded cooked chicken with these two blends. That will be a super-wow fajita burrito!

Same taste as the non organic stuff
I appreciate this has the same taste as the non organic variety so I can get my family to eat a little healthier by being able to swap it out. I know it’s often a concern that things will taste too different in organic versions but this doesn’t have the problem. I really like the large size so I can dial in the spice level to my taste without ripping into packets.

Flavor ok
Flavor is ok but it has hard pieces in it that don’t soften after cooking

Super good
We eat a lot of chicken, and the fajita seasoning takes it to a new level.
