Perfect in everyway. Heres what I like to do with this blend: ~ (ALWAYS!!) Sauté your panch puran briefly on low heat with your favorite oil ( I use coconut or olive) ~ and then I toss some onions, fresh garlic, garbanzo beans (give them a minute to roast!), diced raw potato, or cauliflour (whatever you desire! + salt) into the pan and then finish off with an inch of plain almond milk (water also works fine), or add a can of coconut milk & some water if you sauteéd enough fixins for a flavorful soup.I also sauté these spices in oil, & then add tofu &/or edamame, plus golden raisins til they all lightly roast... a pinch of salt and pepper, and then I cool this completely to toss in a container to keep in the fridge- this makes the most delicious kale salad topper!! Without the panch puran, both these suggestions just miss the whole point entirely!

There is an Indian restaurant in my town and love their basmatti rice. This product makes my rice at home just like theirs! This is a must have! You can use it for so many other things as well as it tastes wonderful! Being organic is a huge bonus too! You won't regret buying this and should be a staple in anyone's spice arsenal! The herb mixture was fresh, fragrant, excellent flavor: the original I had purchased in Paris and needed some now here in the US, I ws skeptical, but now convinced...buy it with confidence.

Since we now live back in the US we are not close to any Indian grocery stores! But using Amazon.com and my Amazon Prime Membership I am as close as I was when I lived in Dehra Dun! The quality of this product is EXCELLENT!

This is great. Just a little expensive. I usually get this mix at home in Singapore where it is 1/10th the price.
