So glad I brought this
With recent events, this has provided peace of mind as and when required. I can honestly say that after one fateful night if this was not in the house I would not have a wife any more. Inexpensive and gives identical readings as those used by paramedics.

Fantastic bit of kit
This is a fantastic tool to use if you suspect you are having breathing issues at night during sleep. I had been having daytime tiredness that I suspected was due to poor sleeping, and my Apple Watch previously showed some fairly random low O2 numbers and I wasn't sure if it was inaccuracy from the watch, or an actual problem. When Apple rolled out the iOS18 sleep apnea screening feature, I noticed that I was having elevated breathing disturbances, and got an apnea alert from the watch.I decided to buy this Wellue O2 ring since I saw it recommended on several websites. It's been a great purchase, and showed that I was indeed having many oxygen drops throughout the night. Some even as low as down to 75%.Since then I've been able to take action. I initially used a Woody Knows sleeping backpack to force myself to sleep on my side rather than my back, and my O2 score went up to 9.6 to 9.9 with this, with little to zero O2 drops. I didn't really like having to strap a backpack on each night, so I have since purchased a Night Shift electronic device which monitors my sleep position and then vibrates to stop me from sleeping on my back, and this is working great. I continue to use the O2 ring to monitor the effectiveness of the different remedies, and it shows the Night Shift device makes a big difference.I highly recommend getting the O2 ring if you suspect you might be having issues with your sleep (loud snoring, awakenings during the night, morning headaches, tiredness during the day). This device could save your long term health!

Life changing
I love my Viatom/Wellue Ring.I've being wearing one of these Rings, overnight every night, for almost a year now. initially it helped me. I had no symptoms of apnoea (I don't snore, I don't wake with a gasp, I don't have any daytime sleepiness), but I did wake in the night feeling like my circulation had got stuck. I wore a standard oximeter one night, and was shocked that it went off several times. I video recorded myself sleeping, and there were no symptoms of apnoea. I then bought my Wellue ring. The data from the Ring was great. It demonstrated that I was definitely suffering from oxygen drops, and quite frequently and severely. I did an at home sleep study, which discovered that I do, in fact, have apnoea even though I was not showing any symptoms.Fast forward 8 months, and I was visiting my parents with my brother. I thought he might have apnoea, and convinced him to try my Wellue Ring over night. He did it, mainly to shut me up I think. The next morning, i loaded the data from the ring, and we were horrified by what we saw.My brother contacted his GP to try and arrange a sleep study. He bought his own Wellue Ring so he could monitor himself in the meantime. Because the results on the Wellue were so severe, he ended up paying for a sleep study. The results of the sleep study reflected what we saw from the Wellue Ring. He has severe obstructive apnoea. He has just started on CPAP therapy and the difference is amazing.I can say, without exaggeration, that the Wellue Ring probably saved his life. The Ring and App are easy to use. The graphs on the app could be clearer than they are, but they are very useable. Its possible to generate PDFs to share the data with, eg, your GP if you want to demonstrate that you need a sleep study.I recently bought a Galaxy 5 watch, and my Wellue RIng is more accurate than the watch.

Blows the competition out of the water !!
The O2Ring is fabulous. Key important features:1. Entire Nighttime recording accessed / viewed in the morning via the free comprehensive app.2. Vibration alert to stimulate you to move when your Spo2 (also heart rate) drops below a set % value.3. Small form factor, very light weight and small, it just slips onto your finger like a ring.4. Automatically switches on and off when slipped on & off your finger.5. Accurate when compared to my finger CMS 50D+ Oximeter.Nighttime. I have been using the 02Ring now for several nights. I have mild sleep apnea and this have proved a god send, I just slip the 02Ring on to my finger at bedtime and it automatically starts to record my vitals: Spo2, Heart rate, and motion. I love the fact it starts automatically, my previous devices required me to switch it on. I have lost count at how many times I have forgotten to press the switch due to falling asleep, not anymore !! The O2Ring is small and it does not snag on my bed sheets, I am a restless sleeper, so remains in position all night. Vibration alert, the O2Ring vibrates my finger when my spo2 drops below 90% saturation (set within the app). This brings me out of sleep just enough to nudge me to change position. In my opinion this a very important feature, as this has reduced the severity of my desaturations.Morning. I use my iPad and connect via Bluetooth to the free ViHealth app. This takes seconds, all that nights data is upload to the app. I can then view in graphical format my Spo2, heart rate, and motion. Also I can view statistics like recording time, 90% saturation, drops over 4%, lowest SpO2, average heart rate etc,. There is a handy O2 score bar, 1-10 scoring so that you can instantly tells you how good or bad that nights O2 levels were, great. Also the O2Ring will create a SpO2 report that can be sent to your doctor. All very informative.Summation. In my opinion this is a 5 star pulse Oximeter and blows the competition out of the water. If you are looking for a small light fully loaded finger oximeter this is it, a great product.
