Q: what does the quatrafolic come from? Is it synthetically made in a lab? or from plants?

Quatrefolic is synthetically made but for a good reason. Folic Acid has to go through several phases before it can be converted to 5-MTHF which is required for metabolization and utilization in the cells, tissues and the brain. Quatrefolic, however, is readily available as 5-MTHF making it much more bioavailable than Folic Acid since it's able to bypass the metabolism process. Q: Does this contain b12? i read that in order for the folate to be be absorbed effectively, it needs b12 as a conduit
