We were recommended this by friends, one of whom is a doctor. She pointed out that although we we regularly replenishing our water loss we weren't doing the same with the nutrients we were loosing. These tablets are great, they dissolve easily, produce a drink that has a pleasant slightly salty/citrus taste. We used them on holiday in Italy and they made sure that we were re-hydrated. I noticed that, as a heavy sweater, I didn't suffer any cramp in my legs or toes even though I was sweating much more than normal. They certainly were effective for me and good value for money.

I’ve tried a lot of hydration products and keep coming back to these. The berry flavour isn’t overdone, which is a massive plus on longer efforts where sweetness can become overwhelming. Dissolves properly, no residue left behind, and they’ve genuinely helped prevent dehydration and muscle tightness on longer efforts. Ideal for turbo trainer sessions and longer outdoor rides. Feels like a quality product without the gimmicks.

These electrolyte tablets have become a staple for both long runs and cycling sessions. The mild berry flavour is subtle – not too sweet or artificial – which is ideal when you're constantly sipping from a bottle. They dissolve well and don’t leave any chalky bits at the bottom like some cheaper options. Noticed far less cramping on hot days, and they pair really well with the energy gels for a balanced fuelling strategy. Solid addition to any endurance athlete’s hydration routine.

Didn’t help

Tried these as an alternative to SIS electrolytes and pleasantly surprised. Tastes better, dissolves better (no lumps), and got me feeling myself again after long rides. From what I’ve read, their ingredients are superior too!

They do the job

I’ve been taking electrolytes regularly and these are just as good, if not better than my usual brand. Nice subtle flavour, easy to dissolve, and I love that you can easily break them in half for rest/less active days.
