***ALERT***Misleading Product Title & No Customer Support!I purchased the SMARS 4K Police Body Wearable Camera expecting a true 4K recording device, as advertised. However, this is NOT a 4K camera! The video quality is nowhere near what you would expect from 4K, and the seller's listing is completely misleading.To make matters worse, I wanted to return the item after realizing the false advertisement, but there was NO refund option available. I reached out to customer support, but they were completely unhelpful and unresponsive.This is a bait-and-switch product with zero customer support. Avoid at all costs!
