A one person construction job if you put your mind to it!
This took 2hrs with a tea break to complete on my own. Some of the nylon inserts are not exactly straight in the holes so when the cam screws are fitted they are slightly tilted and not 90deg to the surface. These could have been tapped in properly before I started but didn't cause a problem, just needed a slight wiggle when fitting two parts together. Here's some tips:1/ fitting the springs was a doddle, fit the end with the smaller ring over the tag first and put the phillips crosshead driver you will need later through the larger end.Poke the end of the driver into the other tags hole and lever the driver up slowly with the end of the spring on it towards the tag, get ready with your other thumb to pop the end of the spring over the tag.2/ careful when fitting the base to the first parts of the legs, the cam screws can get bent out of shape if stressed. Always fit two parts together , then push the Cams into the holes on the end of the phillips driver, turning to align and a further clockwise turn to lock. Use a wide flat blade screwdriver, not the phillips.Once the 2nd part of the legs are locked in place, the assembly is a bit stronger but still able to be damaged/bent.3/ when fitting the base and leg assembly to the storage section, turn it gently on its side, then insert the storage section between the legs. Now you can align the bolts to the holes easily. Don't tighten the bolts fully up, leave them slightly loose until ALL 16 bolts are in place.4/ when tightening the 4 bolts on each leg, do them in rotation a bit at a time to pull in the leg without stressing a particular nylon insert.5/ when all 16 bolts have been securely tightened the assembly is now solid, take the opportunity now to tip upside down and fit the 8 nylon feet to the legs, centre the pins and use a hammer to gently tap down into place. They should be central to the width of the leg end. Stand it the right way up.6/ when fitting the lid and hinges to the body, move the table against a wall or sofa to balance the lid to stop it tipping over ( position the table with the screw holes away from you and the lid/hinges towards the back near these holes) use anything solid 24mm thick under the bottom of EACH hinge to lift it up to the pre drilled holes, on BOTH sides and fit 4 screws as shown in the diagram, again don't fully tighten until all screws are in place. I now used the spare screws to fit 2 per side in the centre of the hinges, note that there is no predrilled holes and harder to start them off.7/ Never try and lift the lid from one end, you will twist the hinges, its meant to be lifted up from the centre. I could have made and fitted some aluminium bar diagonal cross braces, but didn't see the point as it was only for storage inside and will not be using it as an extended height table top for eating off.The high gloss finish reflects the TV screen in my case , but I'm getting used to the distraction now.All in all, a solid and well made Coffee Table.

Coffee/Puzzle Table
I bought this table to use as a jigsaw puzzle table that could be a coffee table when not in use. It arrived in 2 days, the parcel was damaged but the components were fine. I have photographed the process. The spring instructions are slightly out of date, you only need to hook them on, you don’t need to use the holes on the bracket, just the hooks. It is definitely a two person job towards the end of assembly. All fixings are hidden when assembled hence the need for help holding things up while you screw parts together. All glossed sides where covered in protective film. It works perfectly for what I wanted.
