Drier is not too slow, and the results are great as the whole load is dried evenly. Exceptionally quiet compared to our last 3 Hotpoint tumble driersI have only used a few programs and they seem to be reasonably accurate, and the clothes match the level of dryness set on the control panel, be that iron dry, cupboard dry or super dry.On the whole exceptional value for money as the offer at the time of purchase was excellent. Although Amazon indicated a long delivery time as it was out of stock on all other sites as well as Amazon the day after I placed the order, it was delivered in half that time so I quite happy that I decided to get this model.

Its easy to use has plenty of different settings, reasonably priced quiet happy with my purchase. Sometimes the clothes feel a little damp when you take them from the dryer I put them in my washing basket and leave them for a little while and then they seem fine to put away. Haven’t had it long but so far it’s all good .The filter is very easy to clean after use. Also the water container at the top of the machine is really easy to remove and empty

Not had this product long so cannot speak about its reliability. This unit replaced our previous heat pump dryer and I would say it works as well as that one did..although this newer version is half the price, so great value for money. The fluff/Lint collector works really well. It isn’t a particularly quiet machine, but I don’t have much to base this on, so maybe they are all of a similar standard. Overall I would highly recommend this product

Decent quality heat pump dryer and good value for the price paid. Easy to use with a good range of settings and the water collection container is very easy to remove and empty. I am very pleased with the cost of drying a load - my smart meter shows it's much cheaper than my old dryer and I'm amazed at the volume of water extracted in one cycle.

Tumble dryer does an ok job , the build quality is very poor , if you leant on it would collapse, very flimsy plastic, and the filter is double layered and a bit delicate. I am just waiting to see if my electricity bill becomes cheaper as this is a heat pump dryer .

Bought this as my old dryer had partially died (still functioned but not properly). I read reviews from other sites and it is rated A++ so decided to give it a go.Firstly, the delivery from Amazon was bang on. Came when they said. All good.Hubby installed the dryer and used the drainage pipe provided with the machine for drainage as opposed to using the water reservoir in the machine. It is worth noting that the waster water reservoir is sited at the top of the machine so if you have it above your washing machine (like we do), then emptying the water might be tricky. Once installed, I couldn't wait to use it. Several other reviewers said the dial used for selecting the right programme was 'tricky'. Personally, didn't find it tricky - there is no mark on the dial itself but when you turn the dial, the appropriate programme lights up so you can see it. Loads of different programmes to use. I selected the mixed fabric setting and pressed the start button - the machine automatically sets the time based on the clothing weight. When the programme had finished, I initially thought the washing was still damp, but once I took it out, it just dried in my hands. The clothes all felt much softer and I could actually smell the detergent toExtremely pleased. I have used this several times now, works like a dream.Other reviewers have mentioned that this dryer takes longer than old style dryers. I can't comment as my old machine was struggling. Hubby (a qualified electrician) has calculated the cost savings and they are significant. At least half the price. Happy days.
