Waste of Money
This thing MIGHT work for smaller 5-10 gallon aquarium but anything bigger it is useless. I do have a few breeder plastic container that it MIGHT WORK in but my bigger tanks there’s no way. Great concept BUT a waste of money.

Just what I was looking for
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I didn't want bulbs. So I searched for something else and found these emitters. I like them. I hope to find other sizes. Durability:Good. I've had it for months. Skittles likes it.

Do not let the unit sit under any dome lights. It will damage it and possibly lead to a fire.
Great for adding a few extra degrees in the cage. Best used with a temp shut off. I didn’t realize it was sitting too far forward and just a little under the dome light. Started to warp just a little, but caught it in time. Just be sure of placement. Great little heater.

Good for small tanks
We have this on the small new age reptile enclosure and it works great don’t need additional heat it does not however do well on the medium enclosure. Very disappointing with the cost of them to have to buy more items to heat the enclosure for our ball pythons

Already failing less than a month of usage and destroys humidity
The fan on the one I received is already dying and making horrible noises as it does so, forcing me to replace it. Even when it worked, it absolutely eliminates humidity in the enclosure so you have to constantly add more. It's worse than anything I think I have ever used *and* it barely provides much heat.I can't recommend a product at this price that fails after just a month and it isn't even very good. What a horrible purchase this was.
