Calphalon® Ceramic Nonstick 12-pc. Cookware Set

These are really non stick pans. We were used to cooking with older pans and things such as a fried egg would need to be scraped a little to loosen them up. With these pans, if you move them too quickly the egg or other item can slide right out. Also, really like the strainer feature on the pots. Great for cooking pasta. We have washed them several times and everything seems fine. Handles get warm but are not hot.

These pans are amazing!!! Absolutely non stick !! Love that the pan is ceramic coated - healthy, utensil friendly and absolutely easy to clean!Very even heating too.Only downside is that the pans are shallow and that the outside is kind of an ugly light green. I don’t display the pans so no one really sees the ugly color.

The Calphalon pots and pans set is a really nice 12-piece collection. I’ve always had great luck with this brand, and this set is no exception. The quality is impressive, and each piece feels sturdy and well-made. They heat evenly, cook food nicely, and so far have held up really well with regular use. I like that the set has a good variety of sizes, so it’s easy to find the right pan or pot for whatever I’m making. Overall, it’s a dependable, high-quality set that I can see lasting for years.

I have several large skillets but needed to smaller ones for smaller jobs. Cookware can be expensive, but I got these at a good discount so decided to give them a try. I just got them and like the way they look and feel, plus the fact that they are dishwasher safe and oven safe. I used one for the first time today to make omelets and they turned out great with no sticking whatsoever. And the cleanup was a breeze. As long as I use plastic or silicon utensils and no harsh abrasive cleaners, as directed, they should work fine for a long time. I hope. Only complaint is that the handle stayed cool except for where it joined the pan, so be careful where you grab it.

6/29/25 7 Month Update Review - (I DON'T DO A LOT OF REVIEWS, ESP UPDATES. READ THIS!)I was beyond happy the first few weeks of owning this set. The first true non-stick pans experience I've ever had. Talk about bait and switch. Between the 5th-10th use of the pans, the non-stick failed and it was never non stick ever again. Instead it became EVERYTHING STICKS. You name it, eggs, any meat, vegetables.... everything sticks immediately and burns into it. I have to use heavy oil with everything for the food not to stick to the pan. When the food sticks, it puts permanent black marks on the surface that I could not get and any level of scrubbing. I've even tried the overnight baking soda trick and even that didn't work. Even the pretty color of the bottom of the pans became discolored permanently.I am shocked that Caphalon decided that they needed to ruin the great rep of their brand with such a terrible product. Btw, this happened to every pan under absolutely normal use. And they were handwashed at all times. Never been in the dishwasher. Bottom line is that this is sold as a ceramic non-stick product as its one and only reason for being.... and at that, IT IS A COMPLETE FAIL. I am not even going to get 9 months use out of this set. I am about to go hunting for a real non-stick set. I've had great experiences with Caphalon in the past and wouldn't discourage anyone from the brand in general. Just steer clear of this set (and maybe anything in their lower tier offerings).

These are the best pans I have ever owned! I'm considering buying another set! They HOLD HEAT like an expensive pan should (or cast iron), but are also completely non-stick. I'm a good cook. I've used a lot of pans. These made food turn out better and cooking much easier. I also love the rubber pads to keep them from scratching each other. You don't have to spend several hundred dollars to get really good pans--buy these!!

I bought them for my wife, who does not like cooking with my SS pans!The non-stick and lightweight pans work great for her!

These ceramic pans are super easy to clean, no matter what we’ve cooked in them. They heat up well too. The pots have lids with strainers built in so no need for a colander anymore. All of the sizes in this set work well for everyday cooking. I did buy an additional griddle just for my preference. I have used wood, metal, and silicon utensils and no scratches yet. I bought the sage color and love the look.
