I'm sorry to say but this was a very sub standard product .I have tried many different brands and made the mistake of purchasing this one .the taste was the worst ive had.the overall standard of this was nowhere near what ive become used to and to open the product was an absolute nightmare.i spent over 20 with a large knife just to get the bottle open.I would not recommend anybody buy this product when the are so many out there far superior cheaper, taste better that even have a feel good factor about them when you taken it .Nil stars

Item was perfectly packaged, and as described. I do not know if the desired results will be achieved as I have not used it long enough, hence 4 not 5 stars

I appreciate that this is pure shilajit, without any additives, which is in my opinion the most important aspect of shilajit quality. The resin comes in a jar and there's a nice little spoon in the package, just as shown in the photos.The shilajit texture is dense but it dissolves quickly in hot water. The flavour is strong so I personally prefer adding it to herbal tea to soften the taste a bit.Our diets tend to lack in nutrients and shilajit is packed with minerals. I started adding a spoon of shilajit to my tea twice a day and I do feel more energetic throughout the day. Love it!

Took it for about 2 weeks and didn't really notice much of a difference, perhaps a little more energy but decided to stick with it believeing it would have a cummulative effect. Glad I did as my energy levels are at an all time high, I feel stronger in the gym and sleep much better. Mood has definitely improved and my skin is the best it’s been in years. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I've been taking shilajit for awhile I thought ide try the resin pure shilajit.This product is very poor couldn't open the lid shilajit sealed the lid solid had to get a screwdriver and force the lid off tok me 10 minutes to,get lid off don't buy this product very poor phillip west Midlands
