I have ordered these multiple times and the three pack combination. Absolutely recommend for anyone who is an insomniac. It’s hard to believe something that is natural can be so effective, but it truly is. I used to find them at Walmart but every time I check, they are out of stock, so I always order from Amazon now.

As I have gotten into those "golden years," I have found, like many people, something that goes with it is fragmented sleep. That is, sleeping straight through until morning is a thing of the past. Sleep is interrupted by 2 or 3 wakeful periods during the night. These can be for half hour or more. These tablets with some melatonin and herbs can shorten those periods and sometimes makes their occurrence less frequent. They are chewable and don't require water to take them, so I just keep them on my nightstand and reach for one as needed. The taste is not unpleasant and they don't leave me groggy the next morning as some sleep remedies do. They do take a few minutes to work, so I take one when at the beginning when I find myself wide awake.

This product helps me get to sleep, and it doesn’t make me groggy at all.

I like that it is only 1.5mg melintonin and works very well and quickly for those that have hard time sleeping.

With all the medications I am on, this product is needed to help me sleep at night. It works for me!

My husband and I have used these for years. If we can’t get to sleep or wake with more than 4 hours to go, we take one and go right back to sleep. We just keep ‘em on our nightstand and don’t overdo.
